Physical Review X gives readers anywhere in the world free access to its full content.

Article-Processing Charge:

Accepted articles will be published upon payment of an article-processing charge of $1500, which covers expenses for peer review, composition, hosting and archiving. Publication costs will be waived for authors from countries for which APS offers free online access to its subscription journals. APS, a not-for-profit society publisher, is committed to promoting responsible, reasonable, and cost-effective pricing policies.
